Our Free Medical Camp Healed Lives in Dhupsari, Kasur

Transparent Hands, with the support of the Association for Gender Awareness and Human Empowerment (AGAHE), Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) and other Donors, organized a free medical camp and preventive healthcare session at Union Council Dhupsari, Kasur. The primary objective of this camp, held on April 22, 2025, was to deliver essential healthcare services to deserving patients.

Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests:

A total of 252 deserving patients received free consultations from expert doctors. Along with consultations, the patients were provided with free medicines and underwent various diagnostic tests, including:

•         Diabetes tests
•         Uric acid tests
•         Hepatitis B and C screenings  
•         Cholesterol tests
•         Blood pressure checkups

Patients received consultations for a variety of diseases, including but not limited to:

•         Flu, Common Cold
•         URTI, UTI, Gastroenteritis
•         Asthma, Migraine, Body Ache
•         Joint Pain, Diabetes
•         Gynecological Issues, Anemia
•         Scabies, Hypertension

Preventive Healthcare Session

In addition to the medical services, one of our expert doctors held a preventive healthcare session to educate the attendees about Hypertension.

Impact

This free medical camp had a valuable impact on the lives of 252 deserving patients and their families. By providing free consultations, medicines, and diagnostic tests, we addressed various healthcare needs in the community. The camp ensured that patients received quality medical care that was beyond the financial reach of needy patients in Dhupsari.
