Brief Description About ARPD:

Association for the Rehabilitation of the Physically Disabled (ARPD) is a well-known organization. It was registered in 1986 with Social Welfare Department. It is a widely recognized organization that strives to improve the lives of underdeveloped and vulnerable communities with a special focus on persons with disabilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the other provinces of Pakistan.

ARPD provides Physiotherapy for stroke, polio, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, and bomb blast victims. ARPD also provides artificial limbs and walking aids. ARPD holds disability prevention and disability awareness camps and seminars. It provides 100 % free formal education to children with and without disabilities
